Lately, my sleeping habits are all messed up. I tend to stay up all night. If I'm kind to myself, I let myself nap an hour before school. But, 85% of the time I just go to school without sleep. I get home around a 1:00 or 2:00 PM and mess around on the computer before going to sleep because I'm just so tired. I wake up around 8:00 to 11:00 PM about.

Hmmm, I don't know what to say about that really... I suppose it's not the healthiest sort of thing

I'm still trying to make sense of what to do with my lj and the blog attached to my site. I've already decided what they're both supposed to be for, individually (lj - personal stuff and rl; blog - art and fandom), but it's hard to go about it... Hopefully I can figure out the rhythm.

I got to talk to the dude who heads the cyber cafe. He's a really neat and sensible person who also keeps up with the anime seasons which is incredibly rare for me to encounter in real life.

There's one thing I've noticed though and I've noticed for such a long time. I have this habit of adopting this shy, meek, ultra-polite personality (And passive-agressive *cough*) when I go out in public by myself. It's irritating because it's hard to be assertive when I'm like that.

I mean, when I'm with familiars, I act a lot more like myself... I think. I tend to be more relaxed and outgoing.

Once, even! There was a small project at school where another student was supposed interview me over the phone and he remarked how I was so different on the phone---like night and day. :(

Beethoven has possessed my hair and has decided to stay for the day. Ahhh

1. My sister's moving back in with us. I'm actually pretty happy about it, but I have a feeling it won't be the same. But, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing yet. I'll have to see. \o/ Buuut, I'm excited that she'll spend the summer with us. I hope we all go out to dinner again. :') *nostalgic*

3. My eyes widened like saucers when I found that this site came back from the dead. She like closed her site last summer. There's some cute new fanart too.

Edit- FOULEST STENCH OF STENCHES, the worst smell just permeated the house. But, not to worry, I have Febreeze.

If I lived in Japan and could read Japanese, I'd subscribe to Morning. The covers look so pretty-delicious. Mmmm, seinen.

So yeah, I'm out of school today I couldn't be more glad, but of course, in actuality it's bittersweet. I'm done with honors so I probably won't see those people every week anymore which I guess I will kinda miss.

Oh, oh and my typography teacher during critique was like, "You have your own style and you should never lose it." That made me all joyful and, thus, I was all cheerful when I was matting my project. /gay

Mother's day is in a couple of days and I'm usually terrible with gift-giving, but I think I might just get my mom a Netflix subscription or something because she really loves to watch movies. Getting her anything is impossible because she's the type of person who's like, 'Don't get me anything," meaning, "Don't bother getting me anything because there's nothing I really like and if you do get something I'll probably end up hating it anyway but if you don't get anything than I'll bring it up a couple of months later in the middle of an argument." Ahh, I remember that one recent birthday where my sister and I came up with the solution of getting her a crappy blue-themed homemade gift basket.

And, ohhh, this weeks dn dub episodeeee. Brad is just getting better and better at Light. God, his yelling at Misa and the crying during daddies... good stuff. I'm getting used to Hurwitz's Mello and ooh he seems to do anger pretty darn well. Shidoh's voice didn't sound quite as cool as it did last episode but it was by no means distracting. He was still pretty awesome.
And, does anyone ever watch it on the fix? Do you stick for the clips? You should. The comments are pretty funny. Like this one:

"Chief Yagami looks even more rugged than usual as he ponders his future on the porch of a log cabin he may or may not have built with his bare hands."

I also resolve to watch more anime that's coming out. Currently watching Chi's Sweet Home (So saccharine but I love it ;-;), Kurenai (Oh god the woman in the suit with the ponytail is fucking adorable ;-;), Golgo 13 (At any rate, an amazing penis), Kyoran Kazoku Nikki (I have a weakness for spastic shows) and I plan on giving Kaiba and Macross (Oh god Yoko Kanno + Do you Remember Love? = WIN) a try.

EDIT: After discussing this ep with Rinna, yeah I do realize that I REALLLLY like how Hurtwitz's voice trembles giving Mello this 'damaged' feeling to him.
