They really pumped me up to finish this as fast as I could. I actually kinda started flipping out by the end of the 2nd day after Mello's birthday because I hadn't yet finished. But, I realized that instead of rushing this, that I'd like to make this look as nice as possible. This is why this took so long.

I still have muchhhhhh to learn when it comes to making comics like this but I think of this as another step in my development.

TBH, I'm kinda shy about posting this because I'm not sure how I feel about it exactly. I hope it's enjoyable in some way at the very least. ^^

TIME TO BEGIN THE BATTLE

Only yesterday have I finally finished coming up with the end of the short comic and only last night have I finished penciling in the comic (Wisely drawn on cheap waxy notebook paper) and this afternoon I scanned them in and removed the blue pencil marks using Photoshop magic and wizardry.

9 pages in total!

Surprise, it looks terrible so I'm drawing over it in SAI.

So, Mello, I'm afraid this gift will be belated.

And now I will ink 9 pages as quick as I can. I once wrote a 17-page final paper in two days, I can do this. B)

Oookay, today is the first day of summer vacation. I got over the 15-page hurdle so that's good :D But, hooo, so much free time. Not sure if want.
